One tap. A private word, or a Google review.
Smart Review Stand is a small card for your counter. A customer holds their phone near it and picks a star rating. Three stars or fewer, and they can tell you privately what went wrong. Four or five, and your Google review form opens. No app.
From $25 a month for the system, or $40 in total with one card.

One card, two taps. Three stars open a private form that emails you. Five stars open your Google review form.
One rating page, two ways out.
Every tap opens the same short page. What the customer picks decides what they see next. Try it.

Your Google review form opens
The stars are already filled in. The customer adds a few words if they want to, and posts.

They can tell you first
A short private form goes straight to your inbox, so you can put it right. The link to your Google page stays on the screen for anyone who wants it.
What you get with the card.
Tap to review
- TapPhone near the card
- Or scanThe printed QR code
- No appThe page opens in the browser
- A tap opens your review page
- Each card holds an NFC chip and a printed QR code. Customers hold their phone near the card, or scan the code, and your rating page opens. There is no app to install.
- Unhappy customers can reach you directly
- After a low rating, the page offers a short private form so the customer can tell you what went wrong. You get the message by email and can put it right. The link to your Google page stays available to everyone.
- Collect emails from people who opt in
- Customers can leave their email to hear from you again. Addresses are stored with the consent wording they saw, and you can export them whenever you like.
- See what each card is doing
- The dashboard counts taps, ratings and reviews started, per card and per week. A quiet card is easy to spot, and so is a busy one.
- Your name on the page, not ours
- The rating page carries your logo, your colours, and your wording. Agencies can run many client accounts and serve each one from the client's own domain.
Your side of the tap.
Every tap, rating and private note is counted in your dashboard. This is how owners use it through the week.
- Read the private notes first
- A low rating with a note reaches you by email, with the card and the time. Put it right while the customer still remembers the visit.
- Move the quiet card
- Counts are kept per card. A card with no taps this week is in the wrong spot, so try it somewhere else.
- Watch the week
- The weekly trend shows taps and average rating. Change something at the counter and see whether the line moves.
- Take your email list with you
- Addresses from customers who opted in export to CSV, each with the date consent was given.

From counter to review in four steps.
Put the card where people pay
Stand it on the counter, the table, or the reception desk. It needs no power and no pairing.
The customer taps their phone
The phone reads the chip and opens your rating page in the browser. Scanning the QR code does the same thing.
They pick a star rating
One screen, five stars, your logo. It takes about two seconds.
The page sends them the right way
A high rating opens your Google review form with the stars ready to confirm. A low rating offers a private note to you first, with the Google link still on the page.
